01 Who We Are

This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal data by AIGOD.DIGITAL, operating the aiGodess NEET preparation platform at aigodess.com.

02 What Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide and improve our service:

• Registration data: Name, email address, mobile number, and target NEET year provided during subscription.
• Practice data: Questions answered, scores, accuracy per microtopic, session duration, and module usage — used solely to power the AAA Engine's adaptive learning features.
• Payment data: Transactions are processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs, or bank details. We only receive a confirmation of successful payment.
• Device & access data: Browser type, device type, and approximate location (city level) collected automatically for platform security and performance.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as Aadhaar numbers, financial statements, or health information.

03 How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your student account and subscription.
• To power the AAA Engine — tracking mastery scores across 1,000 NEET microtopics personalised to you.
• To generate your NPP (NEET Potential Profile) diagnostic reports and learning path.
• To send access codes and subscription-related communications via WhatsApp or email.
• To improve platform features, fix bugs, and enhance learning outcomes.
• To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling for third parties, or selling to any external entity.

04 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data is shared only in these limited circumstances:

• Razorpay: Payment processing only. Governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy.
• Hostinger: Web hosting provider. Server infrastructure only — no access to student learning data.
• Legal obligation: If required by Indian law, court order, or government authority.

05 Data Storage & Security

All data is stored on secured servers hosted in India via Hostinger VPS. We implement the following security measures as required under the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules 2011:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Password-protected database access with restricted permissions.
• Regular security reviews and software updates.
• No plain-text storage of passwords or payment credentials.

Subscription and practice data is retained for the duration of your active subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted from active systems.

06 Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Grievance: Raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see Section 10).
• Nomination: Nominate another person to exercise rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

To exercise any of these rights, email principal@aigodess.com with the subject line "Data Rights Request". We will respond within 30 days.

07 Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in to the platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. No consent banner is required as we use only functionally necessary cookies.

08 Minors & Student Users

aiGodess is an educational platform designed for students from Grade 8 onwards, including students under 18. In line with DPDPA 2023 provisions for children:

• Subscription for students under 18 requires parental or guardian consent at the point of registration.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
• We do not serve behavioural advertising to any minor.
• Parents or guardians may contact us at any time to review, update, or delete their child's data.

09 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email or WhatsApp.
