Subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable. Each subscription is valid for one student account. The subscription period begins on the date the access code is activated, not on the date of payment.
New modules released during your active subscription period are automatically included at no extra charge.
We offer a fair refund window to build trust with students and parents. Refunds are available under the following conditions — all conditions must be met simultaneously:
Once any module is accessed — even a single question attempted — the subscription is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.
Technical exceptions: If you are unable to access the platform due to a fault on our side (server downtime, incorrect access code issued, etc.) and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 48-hour window.
Duplicate payment: If you accidentally made two payments for the same subscription period, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 7 working days upon verification.

aiGodess subscriptions are monthly and do not auto-renew. Each month is a fresh subscription. There is no lock-in period.
