01 Subscription Terms

Price: ₹500 per month (inclusive of all taxes)
Validity: 30 days from the date of access code activation
Access: All live modules included — MLP, NPP, Mock Tests, PYQ
Payment: Processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)

Subscriptions are prepaid and non-transferable. Each subscription is valid for one student account. The subscription period begins on the date the access code is activated, not on the date of payment.

New modules released during your active subscription period are automatically included at no extra charge.

02 Refund Eligibility

We offer a fair refund window to build trust with students and parents. Refunds are available under the following conditions — all conditions must be met simultaneously:

Once any module is accessed — even a single question attempted — the subscription is considered consumed and no refund will be issued.

Technical exceptions: If you are unable to access the platform due to a fault on our side (server downtime, incorrect access code issued, etc.) and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 48-hour window.

Duplicate payment: If you accidentally made two payments for the same subscription period, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full within 7 working days upon verification.

We Verify & Respond

We will verify your account activity and respond within 24 hours with a decision.

Refund Processed

If approved, the refund is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days via Razorpay.

aiGodess subscriptions are monthly and do not auto-renew. Each month is a fresh subscription. There is no lock-in period.
